Poster design for 5th Banner

Creating this poster was difficult but fun as it was still a struggle to create the black areas with the pen tool. However I did this by using a poster I found on the internet and I worked from that but used my own design for the background which was the original edited image. Also including the text I tried using Impact and Bauhaus but they both didn't suit my poster design so in the end I tried Helvetica light as this text seemed to have worked with all my other poster designs. Ive also experimented with the college logo but in the end I felt it didn't work as my design for the logo was too busy and the background was already very complicated so I stuck with the original logo design. 

This is my final poster design. I have enjoyed creating this poster as using a different technique was fun. I happy with my final design as it is very vibrant and sharp, this is a good look as it will appeal to the audience because of the brightness of the poster. To continue my work with this poster I will make a business card but in the style of this poster and using the edited paint image that I've included in my banner and poster design.
